Tara Jean and I had known about Shiamak for some time now since his dance schools are extremely popular in Canada. So when his team member offered us the opportunity,we naturally agreed, explains Desjardins.

She recently graduated with honors for Lawrence University, where she majored in theatrical performance and minored in dance. It was there that she also served as the vice president of the Swing Dance Club and the captain of the Dance Team. You may find her taking classes at Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey, or Gibney as she continues her dance education. As a teacher, she places high value on cross training and creating a welcoming environment that allows students and their creativity to thrive.
